Servings:
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- I use Optimum Nutrition Extreme Milk Chocolate
- 200ml skim milk
- I use Fairlife Skim Milk, but you can use 2% and any brand you like.

- Combine milk and protein powder in your Ninja Creami pint
- Freeze for 12-24 hours before mixing.
- Mix once on the Soft Ice Cream setting.
- Mix again if it comes out powdery or clumpy. You may need to add a splash more almond milk, since the almond milk is so low fat.
