- 750g ground turkey
- 1/2 cup(s) quick oats
- 1 cup(s) diced onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 125g egg whites
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chipotle/cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Cooking oil of choice
- Optional:
- Any other ingredients you want to add
Instructions
- Pre-heat over to 375 degrees
- Spray oil into a muffin tin
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and chicken brother until veggies are tender.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
- You can lightly sauté the veggies before mixing if preferred
