Instructions

  1. Prep by washing and shredding carrots, and chopping green onions.
  2. Open and drain the can of tuna.
  3. Empty the tuna into a bowl.
  4. Add the shredded carrot, the white part of the green onion, sesame oil, soy sauce, Sriracha, mayo and pepper to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  5. Top with the green pieces of the green onion, and sesame seeds.
  6. There are several ways to enjoy this dish:
    1. Eat as is
    2. Prepared as a sandwich
    3. Spread on crackers
    4. Wrap in roasted seaweed.
    5. Whatever other creative ideas you come up with!
