Ingredients

- 1 can of flaked tuna
- 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Kewpie (or lite Mayo)
- 1.5 tbsp Sriracha
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Green onions
- 1 cup carrots
- Optional: Sesame seeds

Instructions
- Prep by washing and shredding carrots, and chopping green onions.
- Open and drain the can of tuna.
- Empty the tuna into a bowl.
- Add the shredded carrot, the white part of the green onion, sesame oil, soy sauce, Sriracha, mayo and pepper to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Top with the green pieces of the green onion, and sesame seeds.
- There are several ways to enjoy this dish:
- Eat as is
- Prepared as a sandwich
- Spread on crackers
- Wrap in roasted seaweed.
- Whatever other creative ideas you come up with!
