Ingredients
Servings:
- 1 can of flaked tuna (approx 125g)
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- Optional:
- Add 1-2 tbsp of bread crumbs to help the patty hold.
- Add in 15-30g of shredded cheese for extra flavor and protein
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture into thirds and make three patties.
- In a lightly oiled pan, cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side
- Cover the pan with a lid and let cook for 5 more minutes.
- Plate and top with tartar or other sauce of preference.
- Patties could also be enjoyed as a sandwich.
