Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture into thirds and make three patties.
  3. In a lightly oiled pan, cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side
  4. Cover the pan with a lid and let cook for 5 more minutes.
  5. Plate and top with tartar or other sauce of preference.
    1. Patties could also be enjoyed as a sandwich.
