- 750g Extra Lean Ground Beef/Turkey
- 400g Sweet Potato (peeled)
- 2 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Garlic Power
- 100g white onion
- 4 Dill Pickles
- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/5 cup Diced Tomato
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees f.
- Cut sweet potato into equal size cubes.
- Coat sweet potato with canola oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Line a baking sheet and spread out sweet potato cubes.
- Roast for 25 minutes or until tender.
- Heat ground meat in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
- Drain any excess oil/fat
