Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees f.
  2. Cut sweet potato into equal size cubes.
  3. Coat sweet potato with canola oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  4. Line a baking sheet and spread out sweet potato cubes.
  5. Roast for 25 minutes or until tender.
  6. Heat ground meat in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
