Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 420 degrees f.
  2. Coat chicken breast in canola oil.
  3. Season chicken breast with garlic powder, black pepper, paprika and chili powder.
  4. Cut chicken breast down the center to filet it open
  5. Spread cream cheese on the inside, then fold closed.
  6. Bake in over for 16 minutes.
  7. Pair with side of your choice and serve.
