- 150g Chicken Breast
- 1tsp Chili Powder
- 1tsp Garlic Powder
- 1tsp Black Pepper
- 1tsp Paprika
- 2tbsp Light Cream Cheese
- 1tsp Canola Oil/Spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 420 degrees f.
- Coat chicken breast in canola oil.
- Season chicken breast with garlic powder, black pepper, paprika and chili powder.
- Cut chicken breast down the center to filet it open
- Spread cream cheese on the inside, then fold closed.
- Bake in over for 16 minutes.
- Pair with side of your choice and serve.
