Instructions

  1. Using a peeler,peel carrots lengthwise into ribbons and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, chili oil, garlic and ginger.
  3. Mix until well incorporated, then transfer the sauce to the bowl of carrots.
  4. Mix the sauce into the carrots until it is evenly distributed.
  5. Top with green onion and sesame seeds.
