- 750g Ground Turkey
- 110g Bell Pepper (approx 1)
- 650g Spaghetti Squash
- 100ml Tomato Sauce
- 220g Chopped Mushroom
- 1tbsp salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
- Cut spaghetti squah width wise
- Scoop out seeds
- Coat inside of the squash with cooking oil and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the inside flesh can easily be shredded by a fork
- Sautee mushrooms in a pan on medium eat.
- Reduce heat to low and mix in tomato sauce with mushrooms.
- Evenly distribute the spaghetti squash among meal prep containers.
- Top with mushroom tomato sauce
- Store in refrigerator and microwave for 1.5-2 minutes when ready to eat.
