Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
  2. Cut spaghetti squah width wise
  3. Scoop out seeds
  4. Coat inside of the squash with cooking oil and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the inside flesh can easily be shredded by a fork
  6. Sautee mushrooms in a pan on medium eat.
  7. Reduce heat to low and mix in tomato sauce with mushrooms.
  8. Evenly distribute the spaghetti squash among meal prep containers.
  9. Top with mushroom tomato sauce
  10. Store in refrigerator and microwave for 1.5-2 minutes when ready to eat.
