- 550g raw chicken
- 20g honey
- 30g corn starch
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp cooking oil

Instructions
- Pre-heat a pan on the stove at medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Coat each piece of chicken with a thin layer of corn starch.
- Place chicken into the pan and let cook for 7-10 minutes on each side.
- In a bowl, combine the honey, garlic, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Once the chicken is fully cooked, reduce the heat to low, and and pour in the glaze, coating each piece of chicken.
- Serve along side any sides of your choice.
