Instructions

  1. Prep by dicing the onions and carrots, and chopping the potato into large, equal sized cubes.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add in potatoes and let cook until soft.
  3. Once the potatoes are soft, drain the water, season with pepper, and mash with a fork or potato masher.
  4. Put the mashed potatoes into a bowl and set aside.
  5. Preheat your oven tp 400 degrees.
  6. Add cooking oil to a large pan. Turn the burner to medium heat and wait for it to warm up.
  7. Once warmed, add ground meat to the pan. Season with pepper and garlic powder, and cook until brown.
    1. Drain excess water, fat and oil if needed.
  8. Transfer the meat to a separate bowl.
  9. Using the same pan as before, add the onions, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
