Ingredients

- 900g ground eat (Turkey, Beef, or Chicken)
- 200g onion
- 115g carrots
- 170g green peas
- 1 packet of gravy or 2 cups chicken/beef soup stock
- 5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 500g potato (any kind!)
- 1tsp cooking oil (your choice)
Instructions
- Prep by dicing the onions and carrots, and chopping the potato into large, equal sized cubes.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add in potatoes and let cook until soft.
- Once the potatoes are soft, drain the water, season with pepper, and mash with a fork or potato masher.
- Put the mashed potatoes into a bowl and set aside.
- Preheat your oven tp 400 degrees.
- Add cooking oil to a large pan. Turn the burner to medium heat and wait for it to warm up.
- Once warmed, add ground meat to the pan. Season with pepper and garlic powder, and cook until brown.
- Drain excess water, fat and oil if needed.
- Transfer the meat to a separate bowl.
- Using the same pan as before, add the onions, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
