Ingredients
Servings:
- 2 egg
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 100g liquid egg whites
- Optional:
- Any desired fruit/toppings
Instructions
- Combine protein, eggs and egg whites in a bowl.
- Add in protein powder slowly while stirring to prevent clumping.
- Oil a waffle maker and pour the batter onto the tray.
- Close and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Repeat until all batter is used.
- Top with toppings or dressings of choice.
- Plate and serve.
Note: You can also cook the mixture in a pan like pancakes
