- 1 Scoop Protein Powder (flavor of choice)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter OR 1 tbsp pwdered peanut butter
- 62.5g Plain Greek Yogurt
- Optional: 1tbsp almond flour
- Optional: Toppings (chocolate chips)
Instructions
- On a bowl mix greek yogurt, peanut butter and protein powder.
- If using peanut butter, heat it up for a few seconds to make it easier to stir
- If using powdered peanut butter, add 1.5tbsp of water.
- If you want to make the dough thicker, add 1tbsp of almond flour
- Mix in toppings of choice and chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.1
