Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sesame oil, rice vinegar and miso paste. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add cooking oil to a pan. Heat the pan on the stove at medium-high heat.
  3. Once the pan is hot, place the cod in the pann and let cook for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Flip the cod and let the other side cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  5. Once the cod is crisp and golden on both sides, use a brush and coat both sides with the miso glaze.
  6. Let the cod and miso paste cook for another 1-2 minutes, then remove the cod from the pan.
  7. Serve along side miso soup, vegetables or any sides of your choice.
