Ingredients

- 200g cod
- 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 3/4 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tsp cooking oil

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sesame oil, rice vinegar and miso paste. Mix until well combined.
- Add cooking oil to a pan. Heat the pan on the stove at medium-high heat.
- Once the pan is hot, place the cod in the pann and let cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the cod and let the other side cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
- Once the cod is crisp and golden on both sides, use a brush and coat both sides with the miso glaze.
- Let the cod and miso paste cook for another 1-2 minutes, then remove the cod from the pan.
- Serve along side miso soup, vegetables or any sides of your choice.
