- 180-200g skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 scoop unflavored protein powder
- 1 egg
- 20g panko breadcrumbs
- Optional:
- Mix any other seasonings you want in with the panko
- Salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder
- Bull Dog Sauce

Instructions
- Pre-heat the air fryer to 350C for 4 minutes.
- Filet the chicken breast and, if necessary, flatten using a rolling pin.
- Crack the egg into a bowl and mix until the yolk and egg white combine.
- Coat the chicken breast in the protein powder, then dip into the egg mixture.
- Coat the chicken breast in the panko crumbs, then place in the air fryer.
- Spray the top of the chicken with cooking spray and air fry for 10 minutes
- Flip the chicken and let cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Take the chicken out of the air fryer, cut into slices top with sauce or curry, and serve.
