Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the air fryer to 350C for 4 minutes.
  2. Filet the chicken breast and, if necessary, flatten using a rolling pin.
  3. Crack the egg into a bowl and mix until the yolk and egg white combine.
  4. Coat the chicken breast in the protein powder, then dip into the egg mixture.
  5. Coat the chicken breast in the panko crumbs, then place in the air fryer.
  6. Spray the top of the chicken with cooking spray and air fry for 10 minutes
  7. Flip the chicken and let cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Take the chicken out of the air fryer, cut into slices top with sauce or curry, and serve.
