Instructions

  1. Heat ground meat in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
    1. Drain any excess oil/fat
  2. Add onions, mushrooms and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until soft/translucent
  3. Add coleslaw mix to the skillet
  4. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar, ginger and garlic to the skillet, and cook until cabbage lightly wilts (~2-3min)
  5. Remove from skillet and serve
