- 750g Lean Ground Turkey
- 20g Chopped mushroom
- 115g Chopped Bell Pepper
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 4 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 14-18 oz Coleslaw
- Salt/Pepper/Chili Flakes to taste

Instructions
- Heat ground meat in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
- Drain any excess oil/fat
- Add onions, mushrooms and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until soft/translucent
- Add coleslaw mix to the skillet
- Add sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar, ginger and garlic to the skillet, and cook until cabbage lightly wilts (~2-3min)
- Remove from skillet and serve
