Hambagu Steak & Veg

  1. Cut carrots into large chunks.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the carrots. Let boil until the carrots reach your preferred softness.
    1. If you are meal prepping, don’t let the carrots get too soft, since you’ll be reheating them.)
  3. Chop the mushrooms into bite sized pieces, and set aside.
  4. Cut a yellow onion in half, then take one of those halves, and cut it in half again.
  5. Take one quarter of the onion, and dice it into small pieces.
  6. Take the remainder of the onion, chop it into bite sized squares, and set aside.
  7. Take the diced onions and sauté them in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
