- 600g extra lean ground beef
- You can use chicken or turkey to lower the fat and calories.
- 125g yellow onion
- 380g carrots
- 175g mushrooms
- 2 Glico Curry cubes
- 2 cup(s) water
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cooking oil
Instructions

- Cut carrots into large chunks.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the carrots. Let boil until the carrots reach your preferred softness.
- If you are meal prepping, don’t let the carrots get too soft, since you’ll be reheating them.)
- Chop the mushrooms into bite sized pieces, and set aside.
- Cut a yellow onion in half, then take one of those halves, and cut it in half again.
- Take one quarter of the onion, and dice it into small pieces.
- Take the remainder of the onion, chop it into bite sized squares, and set aside.
- Take the diced onions and sauté them in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
