- 1 banana
- 50g Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- You can also used powdered peanut butter mixed with water, for lower calories.
Instructions
- Cut the banana into an equal number of slices.
- Spread a small amount of peanut butter on each banana slice.
- Press two banana slices together, like a sandwich.
- Repeat until all slices are used.
- Place the banana bites on a tray or in a container and place in the freezer for at least one hour.
- Put some parchment paper on the tray or in the container so they don’t stick.
- In a pan on medium-low heat, melt the chocolate chips.
- Take the banana bites out of the freezer, and coat each one in chocolate.
- Please the banana bites back in the freezer for at least one hour.
- When ready to enjoy, take the bites out of the freezer.
- Depending on how cold your freezer is, you might want to let them sit for 3-5 minutes before eating, just so they aren’t rock hard.
