  1. Cut the banana into an equal number of slices.
  2. Spread a small amount of peanut butter on each banana slice.
  3. Press two banana slices together, like a sandwich.
  4. Repeat until all slices are used.
  5. Place the banana bites on a tray or in a container and place in the freezer for at least one hour.

  6. In a pan on medium-low heat, melt the chocolate chips.
  7. Take the banana bites out of the freezer, and coat each one in chocolate.
  8. Please the banana bites back in the freezer for at least one hour.
  9. When ready to enjoy, take the bites out of the freezer.
    1. Depending on how cold your freezer is, you might want to let them sit for 3-5 minutes before eating, just so they aren’t rock hard.
