Instructions

  1. Blend chipotles with 3-4 tbsp of water.
  2. Place chicken in zip lock bag.
  3. Pour chipotle paste into bag and generously coat chicken.
  4. Refrigerate for 1+ hours until ready to cook.
  5. Preheat oven to 420 degrees f.
  6. Use oil to grease baking pan
  7. Place chicken in pan and bake for 12-16 minutes, or until 160 degrees internal temp.
  8. Let cool and serve.
