- 750g Chicken Breast
- 100ml / 1 can chipotle peppers in abode sauce
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil/Spray
Instructions
- Blend chipotles with 3-4 tbsp of water.
- Place chicken in zip lock bag.
- Pour chipotle paste into bag and generously coat chicken.
- Refrigerate for 1+ hours until ready to cook.
- Preheat oven to 420 degrees f.
- Use oil to grease baking pan
- Place chicken in pan and bake for 12-16 minutes, or until 160 degrees internal temp.
- Let cool and serve.
