Instructions

  1. In a pan at medium heat, add cooking oil of choice.
  2. Once warm, add ground meat and cook until browned.
  3. Add 100 ml tomato paste, chili powder, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. Once cooked, distribute the meat mixture into meal prep containers.
  5. Open the can of beans, rinse, and, in the same pan, sauté on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Evenly distribute the beans across the meal prep containter.
  7. Once again, in the same pan, sauté mushrooms and bell pepper for 2-3 minutes.
