- 900g Extra Lean Ground Beef/Turkey
- 360g Beans (you choice)
- 250g Chopped Mushrooms
- 150 ml tomato paste
- 125ml water
- 115g Red Bell Pepper (that’s like, 1)
- 1tbsp Chili Powder
- 1tbsp Pepper
- 1tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1tsp Canola Oil/Spray
Instructions
- In a pan at medium heat, add cooking oil of choice.
- Once warm, add ground meat and cook until browned.
- Add 100 ml tomato paste, chili powder, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Once cooked, distribute the meat mixture into meal prep containers.
- Open the can of beans, rinse, and, in the same pan, sauté on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Evenly distribute the beans across the meal prep containter.
- Once again, in the same pan, sauté mushrooms and bell pepper for 2-3 minutes.
