Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds, greek yogurt and almond milk in a bowl/jar and mix well.
  2. Let sit for 2-3 minutes so the chia seeds can form a gel.
  3. Stir again for better distribution of the chia seeds (they sink to the bottom)
  4. Add toppings if desired and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours
