Ingredients

- 20g chia seeds
- 125g greek yogurt
- 125g unsweetened almond milk
- Optional:
- Toppings (ex. berries)
- 1-2tbsp kefir for extra probiotics

Instructions
- Combine chia seeds, greek yogurt and almond milk in a bowl/jar and mix well.
- Let sit for 2-3 minutes so the chia seeds can form a gel.
- Stir again for better distribution of the chia seeds (they sink to the bottom)
- Add toppings if desired and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours
