*I use slightly more ground turkey only because it always comes in packs of 450g, whereas ground beef packages seem to vary 🤷🏻‍♀️

Instructions

  1. Cook ground meat in a hot pan on medium heat.
  2. Season ground meat with half a packet of burrito seasoning, or chili powder, pepper and garlic powder.
  3. When the meat has browned, add in cottage cheese. Mix until the cottage cheese has melted and formed a creamy texture.
  4. Equally divide meat mixture into your meal prep containers.
  5. In a pan on medium heat, add 1tsp of oil and sautee beans and bell pepper.
  6. Equally divide pepper and bean mixture into the meal prep containers.
  7. When ready to eat, heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes and serve over chopped lettuce, or rice.
  8. Dress with toppings of choice.
    1. I use salsa and plain greek yogurt as a sour cream substitute.

💡IDEA!

If you like refried beans, you can buy it canned. Alternatively, I’ve just sauteed beans with garlic powder, pepper and finely diced onions, then used a spoon to mash them up to my desired chunky/smoothness.
