Instructions

  1. Toast sandwich bread in a toaster to desired level.
  2. Mix egg and egg whites and cook in a slightly oiled pan at medium heat.
    1. I use egg rings to get that McDonald’s feel.
  3. Prepare your sandwich as preferred using your egg, toasted bread and desired toppings.
  4. Let cool for 3-5 minutes before serving/storing.*

*Eggs stay good in the fridge for about 5 days.

Reheating Instructions:

If reheating from the fridge, use a toaster oven or air fryer at 350 degrees f for 5-7 minutes.

If reheating from frozen, use a toaster oven or air fryer at 350 degrees f for 25-30 minutes.
