- 470g Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 cup Quick Oats
- 100g Chopped Onion
- 45ml Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt/Pepper/Chili Flakes to taste
- Topping/Dip: Sauce of preference:
- Bulldog Tonkatsu Sauce, Demi-Glaze, Gravy, etc…
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then shape into a greased pan.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes
- Serve or store after baking.
